Mark F. Anderson is a partner with KABOB. He obtained his law degree from the University of Nebraska after serving on the Law Review. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1970. He worked for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from 1969 to 1976.

Mark began representing consumers in lemon law cases in 1983. Since that date, he has represented over 3,000 consumers in lemon law and auto fraud cases. Mark has obtained jury verdicts against Ford Motor Co, General Motors, BMW, and Volvo. In the past four (4) years, he has won four jury verdicts in motorhome cases against Fleetwood Motorhomes and Monaco Coach Corporation.
